Overview
John Hakim, MD is a general cardiologist with an interest in treating atrial fibrillation, heart failure, angina, and chest pain. He graduated from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in 1993 and completed an internal medicine residency at the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. He was educated in cardiology at West Virginia University and has been on the faculty of the University of Louisville. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and is Board Certified in Cardiology.
